Beware of Management Bloat!

Tempting as it is to hire senior people, particularly right after a #funding raise, the outcome of hiring too many, too quickly, is the exact opposite to what is atop the Maslow’s hierarchy of needs for a #startup or #scaleup, which is #business acceleration.
As everyone knows, slimming down is a lot harder than putting on a bloat. Founders need not feel rushed to build top layers all at once. There is usefulness in picking one’s moment.
