It’s fascinating to see that #climate #infrastructure #startups have claimed the leaderboard for biggest tech deals in #Europe during 2023.

As Sifted’s Freya Pratty and Shubham Jaipuria highlight in a thought piece published earlier today, half of the 20 largest #funding rounds have been in the #climatetech space, with the top four including H2 Green Steel, Northvolt, Zenobē and Verkor.

These start up’s #financial backers see the #business potential of these innovators and, in so doing, are, themselves being innovators.
