Great to see this news from Walmart and PepsiCo #business leaders investing to drive #sustainability innovation…and, doing so via #collaboration!

George Bernard Shaw once penned: “Progress is impossible without #change; and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything.”

The world in which we live demands #collaboration, and that requires a mindset that levers, still, high will to achieve, albeit for collective good.

For many leaders and #leadership #teams, that requires a change in “ways of being” and “ways of doing.” That, itself, takes energy, will and commitment.
