Innovative Sustainability-Led Start Up Imagindairy Receives Further Seed Funding for Growth

Good to see the news of #innovation start-up Imagindairy Ltd securing a further $13M in seed funding this last week. The fascinating “alt-milk” #Israel-based company uses what's called “precision fermentation” to create “true” milk proteins that create a taste, texture and other aspects that we associate with cow’s milk.

By providing an alternative for those wedded to cow’s milk which won’t compromise their pallet, the ‘resistance factor’ to converting is minimised. The choice to adopt to a #sustainability-led product, indeed, becomes easier!

Imagindairy will use the seed funds for further #research and #development, and for growing the team to drive expansion.
