"Meaningful Work" as a 2023 Business Leadership Imperative

Bloomberg’s Oscar Boyd and Akshat Rathi have just published a piece which is well worthy of a read.

It gets to the heart of what matters to an increasing number of employees: being employed by #businesses which given them meaning and #purpose and are active in the pursuit (i.e. ‘walking the talk’) to build a better, sustainable #future.

It begs a question for #business #leadership. At this pressing time globally and as the new year 2023 unfolds, what more might be done to attract and retain the increasing number of #employees who want a different type of “meaningful work,” imbued with the sense of purpose and being part of something bigger?
