'Trailblazing' Diversity Officers Highlighted in the Third Annual Insider Business Awards List

Hot off the press! Insider Business has just released its third annual list of #America-based Diversity Officers changing their companies. The “#diversity trailblazers” roster is worthy of a read. And the #leaders on the list are to be celebrated!

As Insider’s Marguerite Ward points out, the role of Chief Diversity Officer has never been easy. The challenges on minds of #business #leadership including “inflation, worker shortages, and worries about potential recession” — combined with “some conservative political leaders waging war against what they call ‘woke culture’ in corporate America” — doesn’t make it any easier.

However, these Diversity Leaders press on in the face of these hurdles; almost, it seems, to spite them.
